About the role

  • Independently manage a portfolio of moderately complex, higher-risk accounts
  • Develop account-level collection strategies aligned to policy and customer behavior
  • Investigate drivers of delinquency and coordinate corrective actions
  • Serve as an escalation point for analysts and lead customer negotiations
  • Define and manage payment plans while maintaining customer relationship health
  • Partner with various departments to resolve blockers and reduce delinquency
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, commitments, and outcomes
  • Track and report portfolio KPIs and recommend actions to leadership

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in collections, accounts receivable, or related order-to-cash roles
  • Strong proficiency with ERP/AR tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced verbal and written skills to negotiate professionally
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia) is required
