About the role
- Lead a team of collections professionals
- Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, coaching, and performance feedback
- Establish and run QA routines for documentation quality and policy adherence
- Own SLAs and KPIs, analyze variances and drive corrective actions
- Manage complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution
- Serve as the primary operational contact for internal stakeholders
- Drive standardization and improvements in processes
- Build and maintain training materials and develop team capability
- Maintain a risk-and-issue view and ensure timely escalation
Requirements
- 4-6 years in collections/AR operations or related finance operations
- Advanced understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage performance
- Strong ability to handle escalations and influence cross-functional partners
- Experience managing SLAs and implementing best practices
- Strong ERP/AR tooling proficiency and advanced Excel/reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in English is desirable; fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia is required
