About the role

  • Lead a team of collections professionals
  • Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Establish and run QA routines for documentation quality and policy adherence
  • Own SLAs and KPIs, analyze variances and drive corrective actions
  • Manage complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for internal stakeholders
  • Drive standardization and improvements in processes
  • Build and maintain training materials and develop team capability
  • Maintain a risk-and-issue view and ensure timely escalation

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in collections/AR operations or related finance operations
  • Advanced understanding of order-to-cash processes
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage performance
  • Strong ability to handle escalations and influence cross-functional partners
  • Experience managing SLAs and implementing best practices
  • Strong ERP/AR tooling proficiency and advanced Excel/reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in English is desirable; fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia is required
