About the role

  • Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts to secure timely payment.
  • Work with customers to establish and manage effective payment plans and terms.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and other issues to facilitate payment.
  • Partner with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the collections process.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, account status, and potential risks to management.
  • Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a collections or accounts receivable role is required.
  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoicing to cash application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is desirable and fluency in additional languages as applicable (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia) is required to support our global customer base.
