About the role

  • Drive vision and blueprint for target state business and solution architecture.
  • Take accountability for excellence in design and execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your functional and industry domains.
  • Engage client leadership to understand their vision and transformation agenda.
  • Lead the engagement team to assist client in achieving the same.
  • Take ownership of execution excellence.
  • Build relationships with client leadership, and lead on-going business and account development activities.
  • Coach, lead and support delivery teams and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Overall FICO Lead - SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules
  • Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
  • Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues
  • Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
  • Willingness to work outside of office base
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.
