About the role

  • Collaborate with Functional team to render 2nd or 3rd level AMS support.
  • Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting and monitor fixes to ensure correct resolution.
  • Deliver medium to complex level enhancements within agreed timeframe and quality.
  • Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues/incidents.
  • Maintain documentation according to firm standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve current processes.
  • Support project teams in delivery of solution applications and development of work products.
  • Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 5-8 years relevant experience developing programs in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
  • Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as ABAP, C++, Java, Apex, Javascript, SQL/SOQL.
  • Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
  • Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules to ensure understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approach.
  • Certifications in any of the applications and/or certified in ITIL or Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE or Agile) or DevOps is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Ability to speak and/or write other languages will be an added advantage (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese).
