About the role
- Leading tax research and the production of advice regarding tax technical matters.
- Supervising preparation of tax computations/filings.
- Leading tax workstreams vis-à-vis M&A transactions.
- Managing, training and coaching junior members of the team.
- Preparation of proposals and presentations and assisting with business development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm.
- Experience in both compliance and advisory roles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience managing people.
- Tax and finance, legal or accounting background.
- Investment management and/or M&A tax experience is a plus.
