Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of SAP end-to-end project implementation experience in Controlling, S/4 HANA experience a plus.
  • Experience in Management Accounting, Cost Allocations, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis and gone through the Design and Build of these CO skills areas.
  • Ability to design solutions based on standard SAP functionalities and able to provide expertise on proposing a strategy should custom solution be needed.
  • Good foundation in Agile processes & tools a plus
  • Excellent focus and detailed orientation on customer-specific business requirements
  • Competitive analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in global team collaboration in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Knowledgeable on Controlling/Management Accounting sub-modules.
  • With hands-on experience designing, configuring and troubleshooting Management Accounting solutions.
  • Familiar with relevant business processes: Allocations, Distributions, Management Reporting.
  • Experience working on a green field implementation project is preferred.
  • Ability to run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Management Accounting processes and reporting requirements to SAP.
  • Good hands-on system capability and can independently develop good quality deliverables.
