About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of around 20 QRM Specialists and Associates
  • Oversee QRM daily operations and ensure compliance with firm policies
  • Review and approve complex or high-risk cases with sound judgment
  • Monitor workload, performance, and turnaround times to ensure efficiency
  • Act as the main liaison between QRM operations, engagement teams, and leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and coaching to develop team capability
  • Prepare management reports and operational dashboards
  • Support compliance audits, policy reviews, and risk reporting
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Risk Management
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks, compliance processes, and client acceptance policies
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • High integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Familiarity with the consulting or professional services industry would be advantageous.
