About the role

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements
  • Implement User Stories in an agile approach for CRM Systems or Salesforce applications
  • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into implementable application designs
  • Evaluate possibilities with different technologies and platforms
  • Understand client business processes and define project scope and expectations
  • Create and defend solution estimates and SOW
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects and other technical design requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years CRM experience
  • Minimum of 3 years on Salesforce core platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • At least 3 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com, Apttus
  • Development experience with Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java/C#/OOP, Javascript/JQuery, Angular, JS/Bootstrap, SQL/SOQL, Web Services)
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of data integration tools
  • Understanding of systems architecture and scalable performance-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Responsible for project deliverables and resource allocation.
