About the role
- Work alongside clients to help them with strategic transformation
- Identify client’s business requirements and opportunities for efficiencies
- Undertake extensive desktop and on-the-ground research
- Develop draft pitch proposals and conduct client workshops
- Maintain responsibility for quality, completion, and accuracy of work products
- Assess restructuring operating models
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well ranked institution
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or change delivery
- Strong delivery management and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to banking domains such as: Wealth & Private Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Retail Banking, Insurance
- Solid Agile delivery experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Language proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
