About the role
- Complete the reconciliation of large and complex data sets for their London commercial and residential portfolios across systems such as property management accounts, general ledgers, and bank statements.
- Identify, extract, categorise, and reconcile transactions, highlighting discrepancies and providing management with clear outputs for review.
- Focus on data integrity and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Experienced Service Charge Accountants
- Experience performing Service Charge reconciliations
- Familiarity with reviewing general ledgers, lease documentation, invoices, and other lease management database records
- Property management experience - either Commercial or Residential
