About the role
- Assist Deloitte’s internal customers with high impact proposals and bids documents
- Create brand compliant, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of presentations and documents
- Work closely with offshore and onshore customers
- Collaborate with other designers across geos
- Stay current with the latest design trends
- Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact
- Follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests
- Develop subject matter expertise in Deloitte Brand Standards
- Produce creative graphic designs within an internal process-driven system
Requirements
- Two to six years of experience in corporate graphic design
- Experience of working in a pursuit design environment will be a plus
- Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Bachelor of Design or Diploma in Graphic Design)
- Advanced to Mastery level Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Advanced to Mastery level Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) skills
- Good to have: MS Word skills
- Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
