About the role

  • Drive annual strategic planning process across the specific portfolio, including budget planning and management.
  • Plan and schedule tax professionals to jobs and projects.
  • Review resource utilization and trends to determine staffing requirements and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records and database of clients and service team information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resource management process and operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Statistics, Finance or Economics.
  • Min 6-8 years of working experience in resource management or a similar role within a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus.
