About the role

- Support the development and application of change frameworks, tools, and plans.
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather insights, and support engagement activities.
- Contribute to readiness assessments and ensure the organisation is prepared for upcoming changes.
- Track adoption, identify risks, and help drive continuous improvement in change delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in change management or business transformation.

- Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable outputs.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
