Key responsibilities & impact

The ITSD Consultant - Dayshift role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks and related systems.
This position plays a vital role in supporting DelCor’s mission of helping associations, nonprofits, and foundations enhance the value they provide to their communities.
To succeed in this role, the ITSD Consultant must build strong client relationships through initiative, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
A solid foundation in IT knowledge and experience is essential, along with the ability to deliver time-sensitive solutions and communicate effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ of recent hands-on experience working in help desk or service desk environment
Microsoft LANs MCSE 2008 or greater
Recent hands-on experience with Windows server (2012 and 2016) and workstation (Windows 7,8, and 10) environments
Experience with Office 365 or Exchange server
Proficiency with Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote access
Recent experience administering Windows Server, Exchange Servers, Citrix Metaframe, Windows Terminal Server, and Firewalls (e.g., Sonicwall, CISCO) is highly desired
Experience with MSP and RMM tools is highly desired
Experience supporting users, network devices, and servers remotely
Must be willing to work dayshift including potential weekends
