About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
- Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
- Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
- Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
- Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working within the SAFe framework.
