About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Program Manager and the Product Manager
- Write User Stories and define clear acceptance criteria for the squad
- Plan sprints with Product and Program leads and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Define and drive the integration, verification, validation and qualification (IVVQ) strategy for the complete system
- Write validation plans and the test cases associated with the features developed by the squad
- Actively participate in the automation of test campaigns
- Organize and conduct performance qualification campaigns, including laboratory tests and tests in real operational conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 10 years of experience in software development, ideally on complex and constrained systems
- Proficiency in Agile project management (Scrum) and/or the V-model
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Xray and GitLab
- Ability to design test strategies and test plans, and to lead and execute software (Software) and hardware (Hardware) test campaigns
- Good understanding of Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities
