About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Product Group Lead, the Product Manager actively contributes to defining and driving Delair’s product roadmap, relying on strong technical expertise and cross-functional coordination of teams.
  • Draft the short- and mid-term product roadmap in alignment with the overall vision and under the guidance of commercial BU leaders.
  • Analyze user needs reported by Sales, Customer Success, Support and Operations teams, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Write a clear and precise product roadmap that incorporates user operations concepts and associated functional specifications.
  • Work closely with internal teams (program, development, etc.) to ensure coherent and efficient execution of the roadmap.
  • Ensure functional consistency, user value, and prioritization within your product scope.
  • Ability to manage priorities based on market impact and product performance.
  • Contribute to product line consistency and portfolio strategy led by the product group.
  • Support the launch of new features with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multidisciplinary technology environment combining hardware and software
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Ability to analyze technical data and product performance
  • Deep expertise in drone (UAV) systems: knowledge of components, sensors, propulsion systems, batteries and embedded software
  • Good understanding of regulatory constraints (EASA or other, depending on country)
  • Mastery of the product lifecycle (R&D → industrialization → end of life) and ability to analyze technical data and product performance
  • Competitive and technology watch: ability to anticipate trends (onboard AI, autonomy, BVLOS, counter-drone measures, defense, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Highly developed coordination and diplomacy skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and a strong customer-centric approach
  • National and international travel required and the position requires obtaining a security clearance issued by the competent authorities.
