About the role

  • Operational handling of orders and projects in the DACH region
  • Requesting quotes, comparing prices and negotiating
  • Monitoring delivery dates
  • Maintaining item and supplier data
  • Supporting internal invoicing
  • Acting as interface between Sales, Logistics and Accounting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ideally experience with SAP or an ERP/inventory management system
  • Reliable, structured and self-reliant working style
  • Team-oriented and resilient under pressure
  • Open to new challenges and committed to continuous development
