About the role
- Operational handling of orders and projects in the DACH region
- Requesting quotes, comparing prices and negotiating
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Maintaining item and supplier data
- Supporting internal invoicing
- Acting as interface between Sales, Logistics and Accounting
- Handling transport damages and RMAs (return merchandise authorizations)
- Actively contributing to the development of purchasing processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
- Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally experience with SAP or an ERP/inventory management system
- Reliable, structured and self-reliant working style
- Team-oriented and resilient under pressure
- Open to new challenges and committed to continuous development
