Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client-focused project teams through all phases, from concept through construction closeout
Translate client goals into actionable project plans that guide team structure, scope, and schedule
Coordinate internal and consultant teams, clearly defining tasks, deliverables, and roles
Manage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the life of a project
Track performance against project milestones and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders
Anticipate project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Ensure high-quality documentation, coordination, and compliance with all project requirements
Maintain awareness of client expectations, industry best practices, and quality standards
Participate in strategic discussions related to studio operations and project delivery methods
Bring curiosity and accountability to everything—from design meetings to project administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required; candidates without a degree will be considered based on equivalent relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of project delivery methods, regulatory processes, fee structures, and construction phases
Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead conversations and resolve issues collaboratively
Proficiency in project management and architectural tools, such as Revit, are a plus.
PMP certification (preferred but not required)
Applicants must reside near Albuquerque, Phoenix, or El Paso
