About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in operating and developing the IT infrastructure
Assist with administration of Windows systems and user environments (Active Directory, Azure AD)
Provide 1st-level support and gain exposure to 2nd-level support
Install and configure hardware and software
Participate in IT projects (e.g., rollouts, migrations, automations)
Maintain IT documentation
Work closely with the team and other business units

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist – System Integration) or equivalent qualification
Initial practical experience (vocational training, internship, or working student role)
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and IT systems
Interest in cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure)
Willingness to learn and motivation for professional development
Structured and team-oriented work style
Very good German skills (C1) and basic English skills
