About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operation and further development of the IT infrastructure
- Administration of Windows and Linux systems and Azure AD / Entra
- Management and optimization of 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Planning and implementation of IT projects (cloud, migration, automation)
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Further development of IT security, backup, and monitoring concepts
- Close cooperation with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in an IT-related field
- Several years of experience in system and network administration
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD / Entra, and networking technologies
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365) and virtualization
- Solid knowledge of IT security, backup, and monitoring solutions
- Experience in independently managed project work
- Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
