About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, long-term success, and account expansion within the Air Force domain
- Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes and align with mission outcomes
- Address customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high engagement and revenue retention
- Ensure positive onboarding and expedited time-to-value for new customers
- Promote adoption of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions
- Facilitate retrospectives after time-to-value is achieved and apply lessons learned
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer solutions
- Maintain hero health through regular partner engagement and reinforcement of product value
- Provide updates on customer feedback progress and new product features or benefits
- Identify account expansion, contract-scope, contract-value, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the Air Force Account Executive on adjacent Air Force programs
- Relay customer feedback to the Product team and advocate for Air Force-specific enhancements
- Track and report KPIs, including retention rates, hero health scores, time-to-value, and adoption success
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and align customers on future goals
- Champion customer needs across internal teams
- Balance time-to-value and gross profit margins during initial contracts, then maintain margins across the Air Force domain
