About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new Mission Hero acquisition across the Intelligence Community
- Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning
- Engage government stakeholders, primes, and ecosystem partners before solicitation
- Understand customer pain points, acquisition timelines, and funding paths across national security departments and agencies
- Identify and lead teaming arrangements
- Translate UDS, cATO acceleration, and edge deployment capabilities into persuasive win themes
- Support RFI/RFP responses with market intelligence, SWOT analysis, and pricing strategy input
- Prepare business development reports, track KPIs, and analyze strategy effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry and government events
- Advance qualified Intelligence Community opportunities and mature the growth pipeline
- Achieve annual bookings targets and contribute to proposal win rates and contract awards
- Build lasting relationships that create competitive advantage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to win complex technical pursuits through the full capture lifecycle
- Working knowledge of Intelligence Community acquisition processes
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills across technical and executive audiences
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful proposals
- Familiarity with software factory environments, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or tactical edge deployments is a strong plus
- Deep Intelligence Community operational or analytic experience
- Travel requirements of 20%-30%
