About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, long-term success, and account expansion for the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems domain
  • Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes and align with mission outcomes
  • Maintain revenue retention by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and sustaining engagement
  • Guide prototype development and adoption toward customers’ operational capability goals

  • Facilitate retrospectives after time-to-value achievement and capture lessons learned
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for solutions supporting immediate and long-term goals
  • Provide customer updates on feedback, features, and product benefits
  • Identify account expansion and cross-selling opportunities and modify contracts as needed
  • Scope flexible contracts focused on license expansion
  • Translate capability gaps into product development milestones
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and advocate for domain-specific enhancements
  • Track and report retention, hero health, time-to-value, adoption, and churn KPIs
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and champion customer needs across internal teams
  • Balance time-to-value and gross profit margins to support contract stickiness and renewal

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Role focused on the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems Domain within the Federal Business Unit
  • Ability to manage senior Department of War leaders and experienced warfighter relationships
  • Ability to drive customer retention, satisfaction, adoption, and account expansion
  • Ability to guide prototype development toward operational capability goals
  • Ability to translate capability gaps into product development milestones
  • Ability to track and report retention, hero health, time-to-value, adoption, and churn KPIs
  • Ability to conduct quarterly business reviews and customer retrospectives
  • Ability to scope and modify contracts to support expansion and flexible licensing
  • Ability to travel 4–12 times per year
