About the role
- Design and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
- Develop data processing pipelines for model training and deployment
- Implement algorithm optimizations for performance improvement
- Create prediction engines and pattern recognition systems
- Tune models based on performance metrics and feedback
- Test AI models for accuracy, bias, and robustness
- Implement AI monitoring and logging mechanisms
- Collaborate with data engineers and full-stack developers to integrate AI solutions
- Provide technical expertise on AI/ML best practices and methodologies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
- Knowledge of data processing and feature engineering techniques
- Experience with model deployment and production ML pipelines
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with financial data or enterprise solutions a plus
