About the role
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and presenting our software solution to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with real estate agents and property companies.
- Conduct product trainings and demos to convince potential customers of the advantages of our system.
- Work closely with our product and marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback and continuously improve our product.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and a strong interest in innovative technologies, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Some experience in the real estate industry, e.g., working at an estate agency or as a career changer with real estate exposure — you understand the market and its challenges.
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software — a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm: you can explain complex software solutions clearly and engage customers.
- Fluent German, both spoken and written, to serve our customers effectively.
- Independent and structured working style, combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Negotiation skills and strong closing ability.
- Team player and able to work in a dynamic startup environment.
