About the role

  • Design and build a complete performance marketing setup (strategy, funnels, tracking, testing processes)
  • Create and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, native, etc.)
  • Develop complete funnels (Cold → Warm → Hot), including landing pages, creatives, retargeting sequences and lead nurturing
  • Implement and optimize a measurement & tracking framework (pixels, server-side tracking, GA4, Tag Manager, UTM structure)
  • Continuously analyze and optimize all funnel stages
  • Strategic media buying with a strong focus on scaling, profitability and testing roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Design/Creative, Product & Sales to develop high-performing ads and conversion flows
  • Establish internal processes for growth, reporting and learning loops
  • Ownership of budget planning, forecasting and performance targets 🎯

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing and media buying
  • Solid understanding of customer journeys, funnel mechanics and conversion optimization
  • Proven experience independently creating and scaling paid strategies
  • Analytical mindset and confident handling of KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
  • Technical understanding of tracking, integrations and marketing tools
  • Experience building landing pages (e.g., Webflow) is a plus
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and structured working style
  • Good German and English skills
