About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with our Product Manager and Tech Team to bridge the gap between complex data and clinical decision-making.
Refine the deepeye® TPS interface, creating prototypes for new features and solving design challenges.
Collaborate on continuous product discovery and design usability studies to understand software integrations into clinical workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Clinical Success, Sales, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, and the CEO) to test designs with users.
Eliminate technical bottlenecks by testing tools that streamline the transition from design to frontend.
Support general design tasks to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a similar field.
Proficiency in UI/UX principles and prototyping.
You have an eye for detail and a passion for creating clean, user-centric interfaces.
Ability to translate complex clinical data into simple, intuitive visualizations.
Working-level English (C1 or higher). German is a plus but not required.
First experience with medical device software or designing for healthcare professionals (nice-to-have).
An interest in 'Design-to-Code' automation and technical workflows (nice-to-have).
A portfolio that demonstrates your process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes (nice-to-have).
