About the role

  • You will be part of our Sales and Marketing team.
  • On the one hand, you will strengthen deepeye’s brand awareness across European markets by strategically managing one or more channels with content (social media, webinars, publications, brochures, events).
  • You will also take on CRM responsibilities and support our sales team, for example by qualifying and handing over leads in our CRM, maintaining our CRM system, and preparing customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent written German and English (eloquence, grammar, spelling)
  • Highly organized — able to independently plan and meet deadlines (e.g., for a social media post)
  • Creativity tailored to the target audience (design and choice of words)
  • Experience in a startup or healthcare environment, ideally with ophthalmologists
  • Software skills — CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.
  • Marketing tools: Canva, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • GenAI: Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. for research and image generation
  • Project management: Monday.com, Notion, Asana, etc.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment (agile mindset)
  • Academic background: whether you study business/marketing, a technical subject, or medicine is not decisive — what matters is your interest in the topic and your drive to make an impact
  • At least two years into your studies (i.e., Master's level or final phase of a Bachelor's)
