About the role

  • Cold-calling of pre-selected contacts
  • Initial engagement and persuasion of contacts by phone to prepare them for qualification
  • Pre-qualification of prospects and preparation of sales handover for the salesperson

Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience in high-ticket sales (products from €5,000+ net customer investment)
  • Ability to select and identify suitable prospects
  • Strong strategic skills in cold calling and persuading prospects over the phone
  • Motivation and discipline to further develop sales skills and expand personal capabilities
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong rhetorical/communication skills
