About the role
- Cold-calling of pre-selected contacts
- Initial engagement and persuasion of contacts by phone to prepare them for qualification
- Pre-qualification of prospects and preparation of sales handover for the salesperson
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience in high-ticket sales (products from €5,000+ net customer investment)
- Ability to select and identify suitable prospects
- Strong strategic skills in cold calling and persuading prospects over the phone
- Motivation and discipline to further develop sales skills and expand personal capabilities
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong rhetorical/communication skills
