About the role
- Outbound cold calling of preselected contacts
- Initial engagement and persuasion of contacts by phone and preparation for qualification
- Pre-qualification of prospects and preparation for the closing salesperson
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales (products with a customer net investment of €5,000+)
- Ability to identify and select suitable prospects
- Strong strategic skills in cold calling and persuading prospects by phone
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a commitment to develop sales skills and grow professionally
- Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form; strong verbal communication
