About the role

  • Telephone cold calling of pre-selected contacts
  • Initial persuasion of contacts over the phone and preparation for qualification
  • Pre-qualifying prospects and preparing them for the sales team

Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience in high-ticket sales (products from €5,000+ net customer investment)
  • Ability to select and identify suitable prospects
  • Strong strategic skills in cold calling and in persuading prospects over the phone
  • Motivation and discipline to continue developing sales skills and expanding personal capabilities
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written); strong communication and rhetorical skills
