About the role

  • Cold calling of pre-screened contacts
  • Initial persuasion of contacts over the phone and preparation for qualification
  • Pre-qualification of prospects and sales preparation for handover to the salesperson

Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience in high-ticket sales (products from €5,000+ net customer investment)
  • Ability to select and identify suitable prospects
  • Strong strategic skills in cold calling and persuading prospects over the phone
  • Motivation and discipline to develop sales skills and continuously improve personal capabilities
  • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken; strong communication and rhetoric
