About the role
- Lead research & data product development on software & technology companies and market segments
- Coach a team of 3-4 analysts and associate (fast growing up to 10) dedicated to research
- Collaborate with a team of ca. 10 highly experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants in Paris HQ contributing to the research
- Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments
- Communicate directly with very high-profile customers, including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, family office managers
- Support the strategic development of the company, hand in hand with the founders, to develop a sustainable unique differentiation in the market
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting
- Strong track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion
- Smart and strategic, but a real hands-on operator
- Clear, effective communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of business strategy, digital transformation, and change management
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency
- Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Able to deliver impact quickly.
