About the role
- Translate deep research into big ideas, campaign concepts, and creative strategies tailored for investor audiences.
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs aligned with testing strategies that produce measurable wins
- Lead calls with clients asking sharp questions, surfacing insights, and capturing narratives that directly inform campaign strategy.
- Analyze creative performance data (ROAS, CTR, engagement, conversions) to identify trends and refine strategies that maximize impact.
- Use insights from testing and analytics to inform future creative iterations and long-term planning.
- Recommend creative pivots across paid social, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Design A/B tests to identify high-performing creative variations across different audience segments and platforms.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by sharing findings and encouraging cross-functional teams to test new approaches.
- Actively foster collaboration by working closely with strategy, paid media and retention, creative + content production, to align creative strategies with overarching campaign goals.
- Build strong relationships production teams to scale creative output without compromising quality.
- Serve as the creative “voice” in cross-functional discussions, ensuring investor motivations are at the center of campaign storytelling.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, ensuring our creative efforts remain competitive and cutting-edge.

- Leverage AI and automation tools daily to accelerate research, spark creative concepts, streamline workflows, and scale testing without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Conceptual thinker with the ability to generate bold campaign ideas, storytelling angles, and hooks.
- Sharp eye for design, copy, and video, with clear feedback that elevates creative quality.
- Ability to balance creativity with compliance — inspiring without overpromising.
- Fluency with AI as a creative partner to spark ideas, prototype variations, and push creative boundaries.
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies and briefs that drive measurable outcomes across paid social, landing pages, and email.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, and full-funnel marketing metrics, with the ability to translate data into creative direction.
- Expertise in conducting deep research into industries and competitors to surface insights that inform creative strategy.
- Strong track record in testing frameworks and performance optimization, with the ability to connect creative variables to campaign results.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring a zero-error standard in compliance-sensitive environments.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex client loads while maintaining high quality and hitting deadlines.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Paid Media, Video, and Design, guiding priorities and ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Experience introducing process improvements, frameworks, or AI-driven tools that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Skilled in presenting creative rationale and performance takeaways with clarity and authority.
