About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and design of electrical systems and equipment
Creation, modification and revision of circuit, wiring and documentation drawings
Maintenance, expansion and structuring of existing electrical documentation
Application and development of standards, macros, parts databases and component libraries
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and quality requirements
Technical coordination with customers, project managers and internal departments
Participation in demanding engineering projects across various industries
Independent management of customer projects (depending on experience)
Technical project responsibility in complex engineering projects (depending on experience)
Establishment and coordination of project-specific FISEKON teams at client sites (depending on experience)
Professional support and integration of additional colleagues within ongoing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training, further education or degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering or a comparable field
Interest in electrical design and technical documentation
Knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8, ELCAD, WSCAD or comparable CAE systems is an advantage
Structured and independent working style
Technical understanding and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and colleagues
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations is desirable
Experience in electrical design for industrial plants
Project management experience
Experience with central data management systems
Experience in providing technical support or training to colleagues and customers
Motivation to take responsibility and to continue professional development
