About the role
- Oversee products from inception through design, build, launch, growth, and enhancement.
- Responsible for the commercial success of product portfolio aligned with DDI’s strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct market and customer research to gather insight and grasp personas and needs.
- Set and deliver the vision for assigned products and relay that vision across the organization.
- Create, document and present products and product roadmaps.
- Participate in or potentially lead cross-functional go-to-market squads.
- Coordinate creation of prototypes and testing of product concepts.
- Document product requirements, user stories and artifacts to aid development.
- Provide direction to product development team and oversee product development.
- Create pricing models and facilitate pricing decisions.
- Serve as a resource to the field (prospect/customer calls, sales enablement content).
- Provide input to portfolio marketing for activities (buyer personas, competitive positioning, launch plan).
- Monitor product adoption and collect customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on product performance in the market.
- Provide coaching and expert guidance to Product Managers and associates.
- Initiate/manage strategic partnerships as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years and a proven track record in product management.
- Experience in the HR market (talent acquisition, training, psychometric assessments, etc.).
- A demonstrated history of leading the delivery of digital products from concept to launch.
- Extensive agile development experience.
- Desirable: Master's degree in I/O Psychology or closely related discipline.
- Desirable: People leadership experience.
- Desirable: Technical expertise in assessment and/or development products.
- Desirable: Sales or consulting experience.
