About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers in their day-to-day operations.
Provide coaching and guidance as teams prepare for monthly financial and project reviews.
Strategically allocate project resources based on business needs, project complexity, and individual strengths.
Partner with leadership and recruiting teams to support hiring efforts and organizational growth.
Develop, document, and improve processes to drive consistency and operational excellence across the PM organization.
Analyze project feedback and performance metrics to help shape department strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the successful execution of complex automation and material handling projects across Parcel and/or Distribution & Fulfillment environments.
Help build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring teams deliver on commitments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
You have experience managing projects within material handling, automation, Parcel or Distribution & Fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related industries.
You bring 4 to 7+ years of Project Management experience, including experience leading or mentoring teams.
You are comfortable navigating Project Management software and financial reporting tools.
You have experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and customer expectations.
