About the role
- Attend to and log requests, instruct and provide support to clients and users
- Provide remote support
- Provide system guidance
- Assist service providers according to requests

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on clarity and empathy
- Ability to log and manage requests
- Ability to guide users on the use of systems or platforms
- Basic knowledge of IT systems (e.g., web systems, remote access, basic configurations)
- Proactive in finding solutions and following requests through to resolution
