  • Experience with agile metrics and facilitating ceremonies and events
  • Prior experience working as a Scrum Master in agile projects
  • Experience managing backlogs
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre — RS
  • Expected skills: communication, collaboration, systems thinking, autonomy, planning, and organization
