About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the focal point between business areas and IT, gathering, analyzing and tracking requests and projects to ensure alignment between business needs and the company’s technology solutions.
- Document the needs of the supported areas, assist in defining priorities and follow the development of solutions with the involved teams.
- Manage the life cycle of business requests to IT, evaluating alternatives, benefits and feasibility of initiatives to ensure the best fit with organizational objectives.
- Perform business process analysis and continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities and contribute to value-driven deliveries for the supported areas.
- Participate in projects, supporting identification of risks and opportunities and collaborating to ensure delivery quality.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue between business and IT, communicating changes, improvements and area needs, promoting shared understanding among stakeholders and formalizing definitions and agreements.
- Monitor trends and new technologies, evaluating potential applications in company processes and operations with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement of business results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in corporate environments, interfacing with technology teams and interacting with stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools.
- Experience in tracking requests and projects.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- Desirable: knowledge of BABOK.
- Desirable: knowledge of PMBOK.
- Desirable: knowledge of Power BI.
- Postgraduate degree in related areas is a plus.
