About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development of customer engagement and marketing automation

- Establishing KPI frameworks to optimize customer engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, or omnichannel marketing
- Strong experience with customer engagement platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud
- Proven success with data-driven customer journeys
- Understanding of customer data, analytics, and AI- and automation-based approaches
- Ability to communicate complex topics at the executive level
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
