About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the focal point between business areas and IT, ensuring alignment of requirements and solutions;
  • Elicit, analyze and document business needs, supporting prioritization;
  • Manage the lifecycle of requests, evaluating alternatives, benefits and feasibility of solutions;
  • Participate in projects, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring high-quality deliveries;
  • Analyze processes, monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements;
  • Communicate with stakeholders about changes, improvements and process developments;
  • Seek process optimization, promoting value delivery for the business;
  • Support decision-making through analyses and technical opinions;
  • Keep up with trends and new technologies, assessing opportunities for business application;
  • Work collaboratively, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role;
  • Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis;
  • Experience with process mapping and improvement;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders;
  • Analytical capability and business acumen;
  • Experience in tracking requests and managing projects;
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools;
  • Experience in corporate environments and interfacing with technology teams;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as BABOK and/or PMBOK;
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI/Analytics tools;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies;
  • Experience in digital transformation projects;
  • Consultative, value-driven mindset.
