Act as the focal point between business areas and IT, ensuring alignment of requirements and solutions;
Elicit, analyze and document business needs, supporting prioritization;
Manage the lifecycle of requests, evaluating alternatives, benefits and feasibility of solutions;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role;
Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis;
Experience with process mapping and improvement;
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders;
Analytical capability and business acumen;
Experience in tracking requests and managing projects;
Familiarity with process mapping tools;
Experience in corporate environments and interfacing with technology teams;
Knowledge of SAP;
Familiarity with methodologies such as BABOK and/or PMBOK;
Experience with Power BI or other BI/Analytics tools;
Familiarity with agile methodologies;
Experience in digital transformation projects;
Consultative, value-driven mindset.
