About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, analyze, and identify process automation opportunities;
  • Develop robust, scalable, and resilient RPA bots;
  • Produce technical and functional documentation for automations;
  • Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure delivery quality;
  • Monitor and maintain robots in production (support and troubleshooting);
  • Drive continuous improvement of automated processes;
  • Integrate RPA solutions with corporate systems (APIs, databases, ERPs);
  • Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements;
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices (e.g., LGPD);
  • Support the definition of automation standards and architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Proven experience developing RPA solutions;
  • Experience in end-to-end automation projects (identification, development, deployment, and maintenance);
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Knowledge of business processes and continuous improvement;
  • Technical English for reading documentation.
