About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and transformation of DB's corporate model;
  • Understand how processes currently operate across different units and identify opportunities for evolution, synergies, and efficiency;
  • Build strategies, processes, governance, and workflows that support the sustainable growth of the operation;
  • Establish a consultative, business-partner model, working closely with leadership and supporting strategic decision-making;
  • Develop a data-driven operation using metrics, KPIs, and market intelligence;
  • Create and monitor relevant recruitment metrics: productivity, hiring quality, and candidate experience;
  • Ensure balance between corporate standardization and flexibility to meet different business realities and needs;
  • Lead and develop the recruitment team, fostering technical growth, alignment, and a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Strengthen the candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives;
  • Be a leader in building a more strategic, innovative area connected to the company's future.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection;
  • Previous experience leading recruitment teams;
  • Experience in transforming or structuring recruitment operations/processes;
  • Experience in technology companies, consulting firms, or high-volume hiring operations;
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics, KPIs, and tools;
  • Experience recruiting for technology, data, product, engineering, QA, and related roles;
  • Experience acting as a consultative partner to business leaders.
