About the role

  • Lead agile, multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous value delivery;
  • Foster self-organization, autonomy and collaboration across teams and squads;
  • Create and sustain collaborative environments grounded in agile practices;
  • Ensure proper application of Scrum and facilitate agile ceremonies;
  • Monitor KPIs, OKRs, sprint health and capacity analysis;
  • Participate in backlog refinement and assess data coverage;
  • Promote a sense of ownership, agile execution and positive business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience with the Scrum and Kanban frameworks;
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification;
  • Experience with agile metrics and facilitation of ceremonies and events;
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on agile projects;
  • Experience managing product backlog;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre, RS;
  • Expected skills: communication, collaboration, systems thinking, autonomy, planning and organization.
