About the role

Requirements

- Previous experience in systems support and maintenance, preferably in IT environments.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in credit union environments or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools.
