About the role
- Initiate and structure the test automation effort at the client, defining best practices, technical approach, and initial direction
- Work directly on a system migration project, ensuring quality during the transition between technologies
- Perform process mapping, analyzing the legacy environment and supporting adaptation to the new architecture
- Develop and maintain automation of test flows
- Operate with a strong understanding of business workflows, identifying functional impacts and risks
- Implement test automation for APIs and web applications
- Participate in technical decisions regarding automation frameworks and tools
Requirements
- Availability to work hybrid: 2 days per week on-site in Porto Alegre, RS
- Solid experience with API and web automation
- Experience structuring quality processes
- Knowledge of Java
- Experience with databases, especially SAP Sybase and SQL Server
- Ability to analyze legacy systems and support technology modernization processes
- Strong end-to-end perspective on processes, business, and quality
