About the role

  • Identify opportunities to improve clients' business processes and support the definition of optimal solutions.
  • Support project scope planning with clients and developers.
  • Propose integrations with client systems, exploring different automation approaches that add value.
  • Prepare business cases to evaluate the return on automation investments.
  • Conduct meetings and interviews with clients to help prioritize requests.
  • Manage the entire automation lifecycle, from conception to delivery and transition to ongoing support.
  • Participate in sessions with development and support teams to align on requirements.
  • Prepare use cases, PDD and/or SDD, and automation prototypes.
  • Process optimization (AS-IS and TO-BE): Analyze the current process to eliminate bottlenecks and waste before designing the automation.
  • Support Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist the end user in validating the solution to ensure the bot executes exactly what the business expects.
  • Definition and monitoring of KPIs: Establish success metrics, such as hours saved and error reduction, to report the value generated by automations.
  • Change Management: Help business areas adapt to the new working routines after robot implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience in process mapping (BPMN), requirements gathering, and automation projects.
  • Knowledge of automation development, preferably using Python and UiPath.
  • Familiarity with automations via graphical interfaces, APIs, and other integrations.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Broad, generalist perspective to evaluate and manage user needs.
  • Ability to work on multiple automation projects within short timeframes.
  • Experience in business case development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RPA tools beyond UiPath, such as BotCity and others, is a plus.
  • Experience working on projects with multiple clients and simultaneous demands.
